client disconnects immediately after TLS handshake — SessionManager.Initialize() never called

REST and server sockets bind to 127.0.0.1 — unreachable from Docker host

The server consumes ~100% CPU on a single core even with zero players connected and not fully starting (the terminal isn't active although ports are opened)
